All new accounts are sent to our Indonesian office for processing and then transferred to the account manager closest to your debtor. So regardless of how many debts you have or where they are, you send your new accounts to only one email address, keeping everything simple. Our debt collection system also allows you to lodge debts online and view your accounts 24/7.

We can also provide manual statements which include all your accounts regardless of the country.Your account manager will then communicate with you in addition to the reports you will receive. Your account manager will never do anything without your approval, so you always remain in control. You will never be charged for anything without your written approval first.
