The Law Office of Advocate Tomasz Staszak was established to provide comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs.
The office provides services consisting in supporting day-to-day business activities of entrepreneurs, conducting negotiations and vindicating claims. Advocate Tomasz Staszakrepresents business clients in civil, criminal, commercial and administrative proceedings. After graduation, Advocate Tomasz Staszak cooperated with recognised law firms in Krakow where he gained extensive experience in providing legal assistance to both entrepreneurs and individual clients. Currently, in addition to his professional work, he actively participates in the self-governmental life of the Krakow Bar Association. His main areas of interest include Company Law, Commercial Contract Law and Civil Law with particular emphasis on issues related to debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
The amount of remuneration depends on the amount of the debt claimed and the amount of time spent on the work. The initial net remuneration is as follows:
- Debt up to PLN 500 - fee of PLN 90
- Debt over PLN 500 to PLN 1500 zł - fee of PLN 270 zł
- Debt over PLN 1,500 to PLN 5,000 - fee of PLN 900
- Debt above PLN 5,000 to PLN 10,000 - fee of PLN 1,800
- Debt over PLN 10,000 to PLN 50,000 - fee of PLN 3,600
- Debt over PLN 50,000 to PLN 200,000 - fee of PLN 5,400
- Debt over PLN 200,000 to PLN 2,000,000 - fee of PLN 10,800
- Debt over PLN 2,000,000 to PLN 5,000,000 - fee of PLN 15,000
- Debt over PLN 5,000,000 - fee of PLN 25,000
In addition to the initial remuneration indicated, an hourly wage of PLN 200.00 net/per hour is charged, settled on a monthly basis.
