Despite our recent establishment, our team brings with it a wealth of more than 48 collective years of experience and expertise in handling commercial cases. Each member of our team is adept at negotiation, tracing, updating, and compliance, ensuring we can effectively manage and resolve cases on behalf of our clients.

Our Approach: Thorough, Meticulous Case Management

We follow a thorough and meticulous process for handling cases. Upon receipt, we review all case documentation for completeness — the debtor's name, address, phone number, and email—all vital information. In addition to understanding the nature of the business relationship between the creditor and debtor, we also carry out further investigations to gather more information about the debtor. Typically, we dispatch a demand letter on the same or next day after receiving the case, initiating communication with the debtor within three days.

Our Goal: Amicable Resolutions & Compliance

We believe in resolving cases amicably wherever possible, although we do offer litigation services if needed. Our commitment to a "no collection, no fee" policy ensures that our clients only pay for successful recoveries. In the spirit of our compliance ethic, we also stipulate that debtors make payments directly to the creditors.
