We also inform them of the possibilities of paying the debts on installments and benefits of avoiding court litigation because it's time-consuming and expensive.

Those who show willingness to pay, we normally prepare the deed of settlement and the same should be executed by both parties.

Those unwilling to pay, then we file a suit against them and demand for damages and other incidental costs.
