Nexus Law Firm, based in Thessaloniki, Greece, was founded in 2014 by Thanos Charistos, who successfully carried on his family law tradition that began back in 1967 and as leading partner he decided to proceed with his law career in a new perspective.Not long after its foundation, the Firm decided to espouse a new mentality of extroversion following the active advocacy of the new generation of an internationalized and technologically developed society.

Our firm is highly specialized also, more specifically, in debt collection services, starting from the extrajudicial litigation of the case and the delivery of official letter by the creditor to the debtor, to the issuance of payment order in the competent court, to the filing of lawsuit claiming debts to the competent courthouse as well as to the completion of the prosecution of the claim (e.g. seizures, auctions etc.). In the same orientation we have proceeded to various transactions especially in the field of sale and transfer of receivables from non performing loans and credits.

We have completed multiple times transactions on behalf of investors in NPLs with collateral dealing with legal issues from the opposite side, aka the transaction of the debt or the utilization of encumbered properties.

Our Law firm is charging with hourly rate. Our standard pricing is 100 euros/ hour, but of course each case is unique and the pricing may vary.
