New Integrated Credit Solutions (PTY) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary company, with expertise in Credit Control and Debt Collections Systems. We have an established in-house IT department that manages daily technological requirements, we are running on a fully integrated audit-able online technology system. We have a software program that is specifically written for managing and recovering outstanding debt (Revenue Enhancement Value Chain), as well as in-house Indigent Households Registration Software. We have a centralized state-of-the-art 300 (three hundred) seater Call Centre in Hatfield, Pretoria. We currently handle +/- 500 000 (five hundred thousand) files worth over R6billion.
Pre-legal - commission based model, that is determined by the age of the debt i.e.
- 90 days - 12 months, then the commission is between 12% - 15%
- 12months - 24 months is 15% - 17.5% commission
- 24 months - 36 months is 17.5% - 25% commission.
Prices exclude VAT (Value Added Tax). The above recommended pricing is inclusive of Default listing with Credit Bureaus. Judgement (Legal Process) costs are excluded.
