In Estonia, we have access to several electronic registers of corporate data, further enabling a comprehensive analysis. Some registers are not public, but we can access them due to our legal credentials. Personal contacts in specific business areas also extend our understanding of the debtor's position.

Deciding the Course of Action

Based on the data collected, we decide whether to negotiate or to file a claim or bankruptcy notice. Depending on the case, a crime alert may also be necessary.
