Please note that our firm works on a contingency/success fee basis which means no payment upfront or in case no recovery sum has been transferred to the client. Some of our standard terms of working are outlined below:

• Claim is received on a purely contingent basis for pre-litigation efforts (success fee – No collection, no fee). No handling fee would be advanced and no hourly rate would be applied for pre-litigation work.
• The pre-litigation efforts are completely exhausted by our professional team of the Debt Collection Department (including but not limited to demand letters, phone calls and/or email follow-up) before the creditor recommends further action.
• In the event that lawsuit is recommended, we will provide the client with a detailed fee and cost estimation for assisting the legal proceedings, to be approved by the client.
• We provide periodical reports on the status of the claim.
