KIMA AND PARTNERS FIRM is an experienced corporate law firm in legal, corporate and finance matters in cameroon.
Our process of debt recovery is in conformity with the simplified recovery procedure instituted by the OHADA Law and our process of debt collection is both pre legal and legal in nature.
Pre-Legal process entails working with a court Bailliff to serve on the debtor a summons for an order to pay, and a final summons for an order to pay.

The legal process of debt recovery entails filing an application to court with the summonses cited above as proof that the debtor has refused to pay and obtaining a court ruling. If after 15days, the debtor has not opposed the court ruling, we will obtain a certificate of non opposition and enforce the court decision through a deed of conversion which will be served on the debtor or garnishee.
