This without a shadow of doubt, makes it one of the oldest post-independence ‘indigenous’ law firms established by then (26) year old Davison Kanokanga after gaining considerable knowledge working under the supervision of (i) Mr. Patrick A Chinamasa (former Attorney General, Minister of Justice, Legal & Parliamentary Affairs) and (ii) Mrs. Justice V. Ziyambi (former Judge of the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court).

Our firm works with a standard 10% collection commission. However depending on the nature of the debt and/or complexity of the matter, we are agreeable to revise our collection fee. We initiate the process by serving the debtor with a letter of demand. Should the debtor fail to respond and/or pay we on client's instructions can institute litigation for the recovery of the debt in which case we would require disbursements to cover the claim. We can also enter into contingency fee arrangements with clients. These are for high value cases.
