ICMS targets delinquent customers’ receivables island-wide by:

• Collection of non-performing loans
• Consultancy of Debt Collection
• Training (if requested)
• Skip Tracing - local and international

This helps to improve the profitability of our clients, as we believe that we serve as an
extension of their credit and collection departments.

We start the relationship with the collection process as follows:

1. Receive contract
2. Receive list of debtors
3. Input accounts in database
4. Accounts assigned to in-house Debt Consultant
5. Consultants make contact with debtor via telephone, email, written correspondence and in-person visits.
6. Encourage debtors to settle accounts by making regular payments
    

ICMS Conducts a Pentest every 6 months to ensure that our systems remain ultra-secure. We are now in the process of receiving our ISO 27701 and ISO 27001 Certification, making us the only Credit Management agency in the country that would hold such a certification.
