Our Practice

Freelance, founded in 1997, has been actively involved in a diverse range of cases involving both local and international debt collection. Our practitioners launch mediation proceedings in collaboration with global partners, personally relocating to the United States and European Union when necessary, to achieve amicable solutions or court settlements.

Process and Legal Procedures

In the earliest stage, we aim to represent our clients most favorably. Our process often involves attaining a Power of Attorney, allowing us to serve notices through Notary Publics. This is a requirement under Lebanese Laws and Regulations to initiate court proceedings. If we see no serious steps towards settling debts amicably or by installments, we proceed with more drastic measures. These may range from filing Criminal Complaints with the Public Prosecutors in cases involving checks or filing a case of fraudulent behavior.

Transparency and Communication

All measures taken are communicated to clients in advance. We maintain transparency by detailing fee structure and anticipated expenses ahead of time, ensuring no hidden payments exist. Clients are only responsible for expenses shown on official governmental receipts.
