We especially offer Recovery Services via our network of overseas agencies, in Island-States such as Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, Trinidad & Tobago, Marshall Islands, & in Mini-States such as Monaco, Malta, Liechtenstein, Isle of Man, Kuwait, UAE, Nepal, Bhutan & Singapore to name a few, . Most of the well established and prestigious International Recovery Companies do not have representation in such locations due to the uneconomic prospects of maintaining an office in such countries where the potential for receiving cases for recovery are rather low.
As an example of our service capabilities, we can proudly state that we are currently providing recovery services in the Maldives, Mauritius, West Africa and Nigeria on behalf of creditors based in the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Israel and Singapore. A few of these cases have come directly from the Creditor, while the majority of the recovery cases in hand have been assigned to us by Recovery Agencies of the respective countries where the Creditor is domiciled.
Our services, can be customised depending on the age and value of the debt – the higher the value the lower the commission and older the debt the higher the commission, while slightly higher than average commission rates are charged depending on the difficulty of access in some of the remote locations. Hence, our rates of commission are not fixed but are case specific and flexible.
