The firm is equipped to provide legal advisory services in complex and sophisticated corporate/ commercial and financial transactions involving our clients in the public and private sectors. Our services are trans-national as we have developed excellent working and correspondent relationships with law firms in strategic jurisdictions within and outside the Gulf of Guinea in Africa, Europe and the United States of America. This means that we are in an unparalleled position to assist clients with their cross-border and domestic transactions across the region.
At the core of our practice are our people. We identified from the onset that “a firm is only as good as its professionals”. The firm has a growing and evolving team structure with a cumulative experience of over 120 years in various aspects of business law practice. Our flat organisational structure enables us to maximise the leadership potentials of our core professionals. This greatly enhances timely service delivery to our clients. Our practice is national and international in scope and in addition to membership in the Nigerian Bar Association our Attorneys are licensed to practice in other jurisdictions and hold memberships of important professional organisations, including the West African Bar Association, Commonwealth Lawyers Association, The Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales, International Bar Association, The Law Society England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Arbitration London amongst others.
We operate out of a state-of-the-art technologically driven suite of offices at L-Suites, 1st Floor, 33, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island area of the city of Lagos; Nigeria's commercial capital and business hub.
